Joeri Hofstraat

Joeri Hofstraat is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR operations, compliance, and analytics across the EMEA region. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Operations & Compliance at Brooks Running, Joeri has successfully expanded HR functions such as HRIS, payroll, and compensation for multiple countries since November 2020. Prior to this role, Joeri held various positions at Hilton, culminating in the HR Services & Analytics Manager role, leading a team supporting approximately 12,000 employees in the UK and Ireland. Additional experience includes consultancy work with Leaf Business Solutions and a solid foundation in HR practices from an internship to a range of managerial roles. Joeri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague.
