Jessica Norten

Jessica Norten has over 25 years of work experience in Human Resources. Jessica began their career in 1995 as a Business Analyst at Littelfuse. In 1996, they moved to Exelon as a Change Management Manager. In 2001, they became a Sr. OD Consultant at Nicor Gas. In 2005, they were promoted to Sr. Manager HR Development at Amgen. In 2012, they moved to Ingredion as Director, Talent and Performance. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Director, Diversity and Integrated Talent Management at MillerCoors. In 2017, they moved to Integrated DNA Technologies as Vice President, Global Human Resources. In 2022, they were promoted to Vice President, Human Resources at Brookside Flavors and Ingredients.

Jessica Norten attended Elmhurst University and Loyola University Chicago.
