Vivian Chen

Vivian Chen currently serves as VP of Strategy & Business Development at Brose Sitech Group since February 2024, following a lengthy tenure at Brose Group as Group Senior Legal Counsel where responsibilities included legal support for international M&A transactions and managing corporate matters for overseas entities. Previous positions included Legal Director, where Vivian led local M&A projects, established a compliance system in China that became a benchmark for the group, and participated in a global leadership program. Earlier experience encompasses roles as Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist at 凯雷投资集团 and Legal Counsel at Ford Motor Company, leading negotiations and corporate legal matters for significant projects. Vivian holds a degree from China University of Political Science and Law and has foundational education from Shanghai Foreign Language School.
