Ivan Esquivel

Ivan Esquivel serves as the Clinic Director at Brother Bill's Helping Hand since January 2021, bringing extensive experience in clinical operations and community health. Prior to this role, Ivan was the Clinic Operations Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health, overseeing clinical services and site managers from November 2016 to December 2020. Ivan's career also includes roles as Supervisor of Community Health, where efficiency and program effectiveness were primary focuses, and as a Community Health Worker, conducting patient assessments and care navigation. Previous experience includes coordinating community involvement at A to Z Pediatric Therapy and ensuring compliance in quality analysis at Bank of America. Ivan holds a Community Health Worker Certification from Texas A&M University and a High School Diploma from North Side High School.
