Benjamin Mok has extensive work experience in the legal field. Benjamin began their career at Morrison & Foerster LLP in 2009 as an Associate, where they worked until 2014. Benjamin then joined BROTHER INDUSTRIES, LTD. as Chief Foreign Law Counsel in May 2014.

Benjamin Mok attended Hong Kong International School from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a High School Diploma. From 2001 to 2005, they studied at Purdue University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at King's College London from 2005 to 2007. Lastly, Benjamin attended Columbia Law School from 2007 to 2009, completing their education with a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
