Darol Swords

Darol Swords began their work experience in 2002 as a Senior Manager in Production Planning and Inventory Control at Brother Industries. Darol successfully reduced inventory discrepancies to 5% and monitored Bill of Materials (B.O.M). In 2006, Darol transitioned to the role of Senior Manager at Brother Industries, where they organized the warehouse and improved the assembly process by monitoring material purchasing and arranging parts in storage areas. In 2010, they became the Director of Operation at Brother Industries, USA, where they directed production, engineering, and warehouse operations. Darol's accomplishments in this role include reducing quality defects from 42 to 12 over a 5-year period and implementing automation to ensure the correct placement and usage of parts.

Darol Swords attended The University of Memphis from 1978 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
