Brotherhood Mutual
Josh Spencer joined Brotherhood Mutual in 2014 and held the position of Senior Actuary. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President & Chief Actuary in 2015 and assumed his current responsibilities in February 2019. Prior to coming to Brotherhood Mutual, he worked for Towers Watson‘s Risk Consulting and Software practice.
Spencer holds a degree in actuarial science, finance, and insurance from Ball State University. He earned his Associateship in the Society of Actuaries and his certification as a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst in 2013. In 2014, he earned his Associateship in the Casualty Actuarial Society and in 2016 he completed his CPCU designation. He currently serves on the Ball State Actuarial Science Advisory Board.
Josh also serves on the board of NeighborLink, a nonprofit focused on neighbor-to-neighbor expressions of God‘s love. He and his family attend Pine Hills City Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where they lead a small group and are active in several ministries.
