Cara Nolan

Cara Nolan currently serves as a Senior Adviser in the Office of the Executive Director at the Brotherhood of St Laurence, beginning in March 2023. Prior to this role, Cara was an Associate Director in the Shaping Futures Branch at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (NSW) from May 2020 to March 2023, focusing on strategic foresight, data sharing reform, and the care economy. Cara's previous experience includes positions as a Senior Data and Insights Analyst at YLabs, a Research Associate conducting behavioral science research, and a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley. With extensive experience in consulting roles at Nous Group and other organizations, Cara has contributed to various research and program development initiatives, particularly in health and education sectors. Cara holds a Master's degree in Development Practice from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland, complemented by studies at the University of Edinburgh.
