Jayne Pilkinton is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) with a strong background in managing developmental research and evaluation projects. Currently serving as Senior Manager Monitoring Evaluation and Learning at the Brotherhood of St Laurence, Jayne previously held significant roles at Our Watch, Oxfam Australia, the Alcohol, Tobacco and other Drugs Council of Tasmania, and CARE, among others. Jayne's expertise includes the development of MEL frameworks, ethical approaches to data management, and capacity building strategies in various international contexts. Jayne's academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Assessment and Program Evaluation from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Arts in Adult Education from the University of Technology Sydney, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Gender Studies, Politics, and History from The Australian National University.
