Nahom Tekle

Nahom Tekle is the current Executive Director at BROTHERS Academy. Nahom has also worked as the Director of Community Outreach for David Blair for Montgomery County Executive from May 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director at BROTHERS Academy from March 2020 to March 2021, and Incentive Strategy Senior Associate - Small Business Banking at Capital One from December 2020 to May 2021. Nahom Tekle began their career at Capital One as a Deposit, Product and Pricing Senior Analyst - Commercial Bank Finance in June 2017 and worked there until March 2020.

Nahom Tekle has a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Nahom also has certification from Montgomery County Collaboration Council in Advanced Youth Development and from Nonprofit Village in SOAR Incubator. Tekle's final certification is from New York Institute of Finance in Capital Markets Professional Certificate.
