Ashish Goyal has over 15 years of experience in quality assurance in the food and beverage industry. Ashish is currently the Director of QA at Brothers Desserts. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Quality Assurance at Yamamotoyama for five years.
In their previous roles, Ashish developed and implemented quality and food safety standards at Core Nutrition, LLC, contributing to a significant increase in production. Ashish also assisted in obtaining regulatory approvals for organic products.
Before joining Core Nutrition, LLC, Ashish was the Head of Quality Assurance at M.C.I. Foods, Inc., where they implemented a Quality Management system and achieved a record score in a third-party audit.
Ashish began their career as a QA Supervisor at Fuji Food Products Inc, where they developed and implemented various quality programs and conducted thorough testing and evaluation of food products.
Ashish started their career as a Quality Intern at Kellogg Company.
Ashish Goyal holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food Process Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Food Engineering & Technology from Doctor B.R. Ambedkar University from 1999 to 2003. Ashish also attended St Georges High School where they earned their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications related to the food industry, such as the Food Industry Executive Program from USC Marshall Executive Education, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Purdue University, and FSSC 22000 from Registrar Corp, among others.
