Patricia Decoster

Patricia Decoster is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as a medewerker dienst vorming, training en opleiding and psychiatric nurse at Broeders van Liefde since December 2022. Patricia has held various leadership roles, including head nurse at UPC Sint-Kamillus from 1994 to the present, initially working as a psychiatric nurse from 1994 to 2007. Additionally, Patricia has been active with the NVKVV - Beroepsorganisatie voor verpleegkundigen since 2012, serving as the chair of the Network Hageland-Leuven and as a member of the head nurses working group. Patricia's educational background includes a head nurse degree from NVKVV kaderopleiding (2006-2008) and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Education from S.T.E.I.L. (1991-1994).
