Christine Sims

Christine Sims, MBA, has extensive work experience in the education and finance sectors. Christine started their career as the Assistant Director of Afterschool Programming at Del Prado Elementary School in 2003 and subsequently became the Director of Afterschool Programming at Whispering Pines Elementary School from 2011 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Christine worked as a Fixed Asset Auditor at the Palm Beach County School District. In 2019, they joined Broward College as a Senior Fixed Asset Accountant before being promoted to Assistant Controller and then Associate Vice President, Budget.

Christine Sims obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida Atlantic University between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Operations Management and Supervision at Broward College from 2014 to 2018. In addition, they earned a Certificate in Accounting Technology Specialist from Broward College in 2016-2017 and a Certificate in Business Specialist from Broward College in 2015-2016.
