John Sullivan

John Sullivan is the Chief Portfolio Services Officer (Tasked Assigned) at Broward County Public Schools. John has over 20 years of experience in business operations and analysis. Prior to their current position, John was the Business Operations Analyst at Suncoast Projects, LLC DBA Hub Steel. There they were tasked with overseeing the growth of the company's construction group. John was also responsible for creating a treasury solution to simplify and better control cash management, as well as improving the use, reporting and accountability of job site timekeeping software solution to reduce error rates and employee time theft. In addition, John negotiated major back office operations savings on equipment purchase, servicing, and supplies.

John is a highly skilled and experienced business operations analyst who has a proven track record of success in their previous positions. John is a strategic thinker and problem solver who is able to see the big picture and develop creative solutions to achieve objectives. John is a strong leader who is able to motivate and inspire others to achieve results.

John Sullivan reports to Vickie L. Cartwright, Interim Superintendent of Schools. John Sullivan works with Jeffrey Moquin - Chief of Staff, Phillip Dunn - Chief Information Officer, and Brian Katz - Chief Safety, Security & Emergency Preparedness Officer.
