Harry Dean

Harry Dean is a seasoned Sr. Cost Engineer with extensive experience in project cost management across various industries. Currently leading the Cost Engineering efforts on the Bull Run Filtration Project for the Portland Water Bureau at Brown and Caldwell, Harry has demonstrated expertise in significant projects, including the Galeota Expansion Produced Water Treatment facility for bp and a $4 billion Deepwater Production Platform for Chevron off the coast of Angola. Harry's career began at ABB Lummus Global, where a substantial portion of 15 years was dedicated to field experience. Harry holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and is an alumnus of Strake Jesuit College Prep High School.
