Joe Miller

Joe Miller currently serves as the Area Marketing Manager for Brown and Caldwell since August 2023. Previously, Joe held various marketing roles at HDR, including Transportation Marketing Lead and Senior Proposal/Marketing Coordinator, from February 2019 to August 2023. Before HDR, Joe worked as a Senior Proposal Manager and Business Development Specialist at MWH Constructors from April 2018 to February 2019, and as a Proposal Manager at CH2M HILL from September 2012 to April 2018. Joe has extensive experience leading proposal efforts across a range of industries, including water/wastewater, transportation, and construction. Earlier in the career, Joe served as Communications Coordinator for Colorado Legacy Foundation and held various positions at Holland & Hart LLP and Gibson Arnold & Associates, Inc. Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado Denver from 2005 to 2007.
