Keith Bowhan

Keith Bowhan, PE, currently serves as a Senior Civil Engineer at Brown and Caldwell since September 2023. Prior to this role, Keith worked as a Project Engineer at David Evans and Associates, Inc. from November 2022 to September 2023, focusing on land development, site design, and stormwater management. Keith's experience also includes project engineering positions at Rock Solid Civil, where land development and drainage design were key responsibilities, and at Crown Jade Design & Engineering as a Structural Design Engineer. Earlier career roles include staff and lab engineering positions at various companies, including Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc., Bartlett & West, Halliburton, and Hazen Research Inc. Keith holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2013, and has prior educational experience at Portland State University.
