Susan Gehoski

Susan Gehoski currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Brown and Caldwell, where the focus is on integrating human resource strategies with business objectives to promote inclusivity and high performance. Susan's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at SSR Mining Inc. and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Healthcare at Sodexo, among others. In addition, Susan is a member of Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women leaders. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communications from the University of St. Thomas and multiple Master's degrees in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
