Grace Roper

Grace Roper is a skilled customer service professional with a background in communications and public relations. Currently serving as a Customer Service Associate at Brown Bag since January 2021, Grace interacts with over 100 customers daily to enhance their experience. Previous experience includes a Communications Intern role at Red Light Management, where responsibilities included creating press releases and managing ticket sales. Grace also worked at the University of Tennessee as an Information Desk Associate, assisting students and faculty, and served as a Notetaker for Disabilities Services. Additional past roles include a Fashion Stylist at JONDIE and an Assistant Photographer at Abigail Lewis Photography LLC. Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
