Jacob Brown

Jacob Brown is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in marketing, logistics, and operations. Currently serving as the Owner Operator at Brown Bag since September 2021, Jacob has previously held roles as a Marketing Specialist at both Smith Roofing and Exteriors LLC and Smith Handyman Service. Additional experience includes working as a Logistics Specialist at Pilot Flying J and a Social Media Intern at YWCA Knoxville and the Tennessee Valley. Jacob began the career journey as a Delivery and Food Prep team member at Brown Bag, leading to an internship at Moxley Carmichael and earlier positions as a Marketing Intern at Fraley and Schilling and a Game Day Operations and Promotions Intern at Knoxville Ice Bears. Jacob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
