Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Brown & Brown Europe is tasked with managing a wide range of responsibilities to support the company's growth and ensure smooth operational efficiency. This includes talent acquisition, spearheaded by the Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology, to attract and hire top talent; overseeing HR operations and employee relations, managed by the Head Of HR Operations; handling payroll processes accurately and efficiently with the expertise of the Payroll Manager; and managing and optimizing HR systems, led by the HR Systems Manager. Collectively, this team aims to foster a productive and supportive work environment, while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and facilitating the professional development of team members across the organization.
