Catherine Hobbs

Catherine Hobbs has a diverse work experience history. Catherine started their career in 2010 as an Assistant to the Coordinator of Anti-Poverty Volunteer Services at Siena College. From there, they worked as a Residential Staff member at the Homeless Action Committee, assisting individuals in need from September 2010 to May 2011. In 2011, they interned as an Industrial/Organizational Psychology Intern at Human Resource Associates. Catherine then joined Brown & Brown Insurance in 2012, where they initially served as an Executive Assistant from May 2012 to June 2013. Catherine progressed within the company and held various roles related to software implementation, starting as a Senior Software Implementation Specialist from September 2013 to June 2015. Catherine then became a Software Implementation Manager from July 2015 to June 2017. Catherine's expertise in this area led to their promotion to Director of Software Implementation, where they oversaw all aspects of software implementation, including project planning and resource allocation from June 2017 to December 2020. Finally, in January 2020, Catherine transitioned to the role of Director of Operations at Brown & Brown Insurance.
