Shannon Maynard

Shannon Maynard has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Shannon worked as an Accountant at Northern Indiana Materials from October 2003 to January 2005. Shannon then joined Terry McMahon & Co, CPAs as an In Charge Accountant from January 2005 to July 2006. After that, they worked at WeiserMazars LLP (formerly LECG/SMART Business Advisory) as a Manager, Audit from July 2006 to May 2013. Following this, they joined Brown & Brown Insurance and served as the Regional Director of Financial Operations - Midwest from May 2013 to January 2015. Shannon then became the Director of Financial Operations at Brown & Brown Insurance from January 2015 to January 2018. From January 2018 to July 2023, they held the position of Director of Internal Audit at the same company. Currently, Shannon is the Director of Finance & Operations, National Programs at Brown & Brown Insurance, a position they have held since July 2023.
