Tim Wiley

Tim Wiley, CFA has an extensive work experience in finance and operations. Tim worked as the Director of Finance and Operations at Brown & Brown Insurance starting from March 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Finance Leader, US Health and Benefits at Mercer from October 2016 to March 2018. Tim was also the CFO of Mercer Marketplace from June 2014 to October 2016. Before joining Mercer, Tim worked at Thomson Reuters where they held various roles including Head of Finance, Asset Management from July 2012 to June 2014, Head of Finance, Fixed Income & Foreign Exchange from May 2010 to July 2012, Strategy Manager from May 2008 to May 2010, and Senior Financial Analyst from May 2005 to May 2008. Tim began their career as a Financial Analyst at IBM from June 2003 to May 2005.

Tim Wiley, CFA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Maryland, from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Tim holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® certification from the CFA Institute, obtained in 2014, and the Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) certification from The Institutes, obtained in 2019.
