Rebekah Leavitt-Hatch is a law student at BYU Law School, pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, with a projected graduation date in April 2025. Currently, Rebekah serves as a Law Clerk at Schaerr | Jaffe LLP and Brown Family Law, where responsibilities include researching constitutional issues, drafting legal documents, and attending mediations and hearings. Additionally, Rebekah holds positions as an Associate Editor for BYU Law Review and a Judicial Extern for the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, contributing to legal research and drafting opinions and memos. Previous experience includes founding a nonprofit focused on supporting divorcees, leading a team as a Lead Accountant, and engaging in public policy research and educational initiatives for families and youth. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and Civic Engagement Leadership from Brigham Young University.
