Ashley Kratz

Ashley Kratz is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Brown-Forman since March 2022. In this role, Ashley manages the full life cycle of talent acquisition, focusing on a diverse range of positions globally. Ashley also holds the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Adjunct Professor at the University of Louisville since August 2019, where instruction encompasses career development topics.
