Fabrizio Tripodi

Fabrizio Tripodi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Brown-Forman, serving as Vice President HR for the Emerging Markets Division since March 2014 and previously as Senior HR Director, HR Director for EMEA and other roles. Fabrizio has successfully led talent acquisition strategies, HR initiatives, and organizational development across diverse regions, including ANZPI, IMEA, LAR, ASIA, RUCIS, and Global Travel Retail. Prior to Brown-Forman, Fabrizio held significant HR positions in Neomobile, Michael Page, FOR FARMA S.R.L., and ATS Group, focusing on building HR practices and enhancing recruitment processes. Education includes a BS in International Political Science from Università La Sapienza di Roma and an Executive Master in Human Resources Management from Stogea Business School.
