Gabriela Thierry Garcia, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Brown-Forman, Gabriela manages HR operations for Casa Herradura and Ron Diplomatico in Panama, leading a team focused on people initiatives and strategies. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Human Resources Manager at GP Inteligencia y Comunicación Humana, where responsibilities included analyzing HR programs and delivering training, and as a Human Resources Business Partner II and Hiring and Development Manager at McCormick & Company.
