Joanna Austin is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the beverage and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Head of On Trade Sales and Head of Customer Marketing at Brown-Forman since May 2020, Joanna has previously held significant roles at Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands, where responsibilities included Customer Marketing Director and Manager for Off Trade and eCommerce channels. Joanna's career also includes strategic roles at Hasbro, where contributions led to substantial growth for the MONOPOLY franchise. With a strong foundation in marketing gained through a Diploma in Marketing from CIM and a BA in Business Studies, Joanna has demonstrated expertise in channel strategy, team leadership, and commercial planning throughout a career that spans over two decades.
