Juan has held various managerial and engineering roles within the company, including Distillery Manager at Old Forester and Engineering and Processing Manager overseeing whiskey and distilled spirits operations. A background in chemical engineering includes responsibilities as Project Engineer and Associate Process Research Engineer, focusing on engineering design, technology transfer, and process development. Juan earned a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Louisville, as well as completing a Lean Manufacturing diploma at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
