Katarzyna Nagal

Katarzyna Nagal currently holds the position of Workforce Planning and Recruiting Director for Europe, Africa, and APAC at Brown-Forman, a role assumed in July 2022, and has previously served as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Europe and IMEA. Prior experience includes various talent acquisition and HR roles at Intel Corporation from April 2014 to May 2022, culminating in the role of GER Talent Acquisition Optimization Manager. Katarzyna began a career at Thomson Reuters from June 2006 to March 2014, where key roles included Data Operations Manager for the EMEA Region and Data Team Leader for Mergers & Acquisitions. Katarzyna holds an MBA in Core Business & Strategy in Projects and Programs Management from Gdańsk University of Technology, alongside a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s degree in Management and Business Economics from the University of Gdansk.
