Dan Chiacchia

Dan Chiacchia is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Global Recruiting at Cambridge Associates since February 2016, Dan focuses on aligning talent strategies with client needs. Previously, Dan held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Ameriprise Financial Services, where strategic recruitment and data analytics were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include Director of RPO Account Management at Kelly OCG and Vice President of Talent Acquisition at State Street Corporation. Dan also has experience as a consultant at State Street Global Advisors and as Director of Relationship Management at Veritude. Dan holds a BA in English from Ithaca College.
