Randy Frappier has a diverse and extensive work experience in the engineering and project management field. Randy began their career at Delphi in 1995, where they worked as a Senior Project Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer for almost a decade. Frappier then joined Norland Plastics as a Process Engineering Manager from 2004 to 2005 before moving to Essilor of America, where they held the position of Senior Project Engineer and Manufacturing Engineering Manager from 2005 to 2010.
In 2010, Frappier joined ICU Medical as a Molding Engineering Manager, and in 2012, they transitioned to Covidien as a Principle Project Engineer. Randy then took on the role of Maintenance Manager at Covidien from 2013 to 2014 and later became a Sr. Consultant/Trainer at RJG from 2014 to 2015.
In 2015, Frappier joined Jarden Corporation as a Senior Project Engineer and worked there until 2018. Randy then joined Sonoco in 2017 as a Senior Project Engineer and was promoted to Engineering Manager in 2019. Frappier continued their role at Sonoco as Engineering Manager until recently.
Currently, Frappier works at Brown Machine Group as a Project Manager starting from March 2023.
Randy Frappier completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton in the years 1992 to 1995. Subsequently, they pursued their MBA from the University of Dayton between 1996 and 2001. No specific field of study was mentioned for their MBA.
