Tammy Lederer

Tammy Lederer is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Brown Physicians, Inc. She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island (Kingston) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. For the past 30 years, Tammy has worked in for-profit, academic, and non-profit healthcare sectors with over 15 of those years in human resources leadership.

Prior to joining Brown Medicine in 2004, she served as a Human Resources Representative for Lifespan focusing on recruitment and employee and labor relations. Tammy has earned professional human resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a member of the Medical Group Management Association, American Institute of Management, American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration, and Rhode Island SHRM. In her role at Brown Medicine, Tammy leads the Human Resources functions at Brown Medicine, a founding partner of Brown Physicians, Inc.
