Gordon Penman

Gordon Penman started their work experience in 1982 at Brown Rudnick LLP, where they held the role of Partner in the Corporate Group. In this position, they were responsible for representing a chain of privately owned nursing homes and long-term care facilities in a sale that resulted in a significant increase in value for the client. Gordon also represented an SBIC venture fund in various investments, and a venture fund and its investors in a secondary sale transaction. Penman currently works as a Partner at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, starting in 2019.

Gordon Penman pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Philosophy from William & Mary from 1974 to 1978. Following this, they enrolled in the University of Virginia School of Law and obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree between 1979 and 1982.
