Scott Smith

Scott Smith has extensive experience in the legal field, starting their career as an Associate Attorney at Wertheimer & Fredman from 1986 to 1989. Scott then joined Greenstein DeLorme & Luchs, P.C. as an Associate Attorney from 1990 to 1993. Scott then worked as an Associate Attorney at Linowes & Blocher from 1993 to 1995 before becoming a Real Estate Attorney at Toys "R" Us, Inc. from 1995 to 1998. Scott then joined Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. as a Senior Counsel, where they worked from 1998 to 2021. Currently, they are employed as Counsel at Brown Rudnick LLP since September 2021.

Scott Smith attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science. Following that, from 1983 to 1986, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law at the Boston University School of Law.
