Deborah M. Vandeven

Debbie is a Partner in the Tax Services practice and the High-Net-Worth Families & Individuals Group Leader at Brown Smith Wallace. As a Partner, Debbie has overall responsibility for the tax planning and consulting services rendered to her individual and business clients.

Debbie has more than 30 years of experience as an accounting professional providing expertise to high-net-worth individuals and families as well as a wide variety of industry groups, such as:

- Construction

- Retail

- Health Care

- Agriculture

- Manufacturing

- Distribution

Prior to joining Brown Smith Wallace, Debbie served as a CPA for Price Waterhouse and The May Department Stores Company, where she served as Director of Taxes for the Fortune 100 corporation. Most recently, she held a leadership position with Barrie Pannett CPA, P.C., from which she brings a depth of expertise in tax planning and compliance issues to provide effective business strategies.
