Phil Larger

Phil Larger is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as Managing Director of Investments at Altus Properties since March 2022. Prior to this role, Phil held multiple positions at EverWest Real Estate Investors from August 2016 to March 2022, including Director of Acquisitions, where responsibilities included directing investment activities across the Central Region and overseeing over $600 million in acquisitions and dispositions.
