Patrick is the Managing Partner in Benefit Plans Plus and has responsibility for overall practice management and growth.
He has more than 25 years of retirement plan industry experience in banking/trust, insurance, and third party administrative environments. He is responsible for innovating and executing the firm’s business plan. In addition, he specializes in financial advisor relations, including 401k sales prospecting presentations, vendor searches and fiduciary consulting.
Patrick’s reputation as a nationally recognized industry thought leader has led him to media, speaking and panelist presentations at various conferences. Most recently, Pat was selected to serve on the American Funds TPA Leaders Roundtable. He also serves on the TPA Advisory Councils for Lincoln Financial and Transamerica, and he is a former president of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA).
