Todd J. Goldenhersh

Todd is a Partner in the Brown Smith Wallace Audit Services practice, where he works primarily with clients in the insurance industry. He has 15 years of progressive experience, working closely with clients in the heavily regulated insurance industry.

Todd is responsible for serving insurers writing fidelity, personal and commercial lines; medical and life insurance; and professional liability coverage. Todd also services the firm’s ever-growing captive insurance clientele. He performs audits under both GAAP and the statutory basis of accounting.

Todd specializes in auditing regulated entities and evaluating the design and effectiveness of internal controls. He has a strong background in data analysis, specifically with the use of Galvanize (formerly ACL) and other software, which is used to tailor audits for efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, Todd has industry experience in internal audits, SOX 404 as well as compliance and forensic case work.
