Dr. Daryl Appleton, M.ED, CAGS, LMHC, Ed.D., currently serves as the Chief Wellness Consultant at Brown Surgical Associates, focusing on wellness curricula for surgeon performance and well-being. With extensive experience, Dr. Appleton is the owner of Cioffi Appleton, LLC, a consulting firm that aids various prominent clients, including global brands and top surgical residency programs, in combating burnout and mental fatigue. Previous roles include owner and psychotherapist at Polaris Counseling & Consulting, adjunct faculty at Johnson & Wales University, and visiting researcher at Boston University.
