Britt Broady

Britt Broady currently serves as the Head Field Hockey Coach at Brown University, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Britt held the same title at the University of California, Davis from July 2017 to January 2022, where notable achievements included the highest RPI and winning percentage in program history during 2019 and the development of the first Regional All-Americans. Britt's coaching experience also includes roles as Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Duke University and the University of Louisville, contributing to significant team achievements, and as an Assistant Coach for USA Field Hockey, earning a silver medal at the Junior Pan American Games. Britt's operational expertise encompasses budget management, recruiting, and team culture development, alongside a strong academic support record with student-athletes achieving a three-year average team GPA of 3.30. Britt holds a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Dartmouth College, completed in 2001.
