Jane Dietze

VP, Chief Investment Officer at Brown University

Jane Dietze is the current Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Brown University. Prior to this, they were the Director of Private Equity at Bowdoin College from April 2012 to November 2013. Dietze has also held positions as Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group and General Partner at Columbia Capital. In February 2016, they were appointed to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee at BroadSoft, which was acquired by Cisco in February 2018.

Jane Dietze attended Princeton University for their BA, where they studied Politics with a Concentration in Soviet Studies and graduated Cum Laude. Jane then attended The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) for their MA in Economics and Russian Studies. Finally, they attended the University of Cape Town for a degree in Politcal Philosophy.
