Jennifer Smith Braga

Jennifer Smith Braga has extensive experience in communications and education, currently serving as the Director of Library Communications and Public Programs at Brown University since 2006. In this role, Jennifer leads a strategic communications enterprise for the Brown University Library and previously managed community relations initiatives. Prior to this, Jennifer held various roles in educational institutions, including English teacher positions at Barrington High School and Toll Gate High School, and contributed as a student teacher at John D. O'Bryant School of Mathematics and Science. Jennifer's earlier career includes administrative roles in business and healthcare sectors, with a strong foundation in writing and research. Jennifer holds multiple degrees in English and education from Fairfield University and Northeastern University.
