Pamela Woodward

Pamela Woodward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive leadership support and fundraising, currently serving as the Senior Director of Executive Leadership Support & Liaison to the President at Brown University since October 2001. Woodward has successfully directed strategic advancement activities for the university's president, Chancellor, and Chancellor Emeritus, significantly exceeding fundraising goals, including raising $294 Million against a target of $200 Million. Before this role, Woodward held various positions at Brown University, including Director of Development Operations & Leadership Support and Associate Director for Development, where key responsibilities included managing principal gift prospects, coordinating donor events, and overseeing the president's travel schedule. Prior to Brown University, Woodward served as the Director of Development and Public Relations at the Women's Resource Center of Newport & Bristol Counties, where overall fundraising strategies were developed and implemented. Woodward holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire.
