Karla Ballard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic advising and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Braid Mill and at Brown Venture Group, Karla also holds the position of Founder and CEO at YING, a platform facilitating skill exchanges within communities. Karla's past roles include SVP at Participant Media, where leadership in social-action campaigns was paramount, and at Ogilvy & Mather, where impactful content engagement for the Affordable Care Act was achieved.
