Lara Dreier

Lara Dreier is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in strategic planning and organizational development, currently serving as the Fractional Operations Lead at Brown Venture Group since April 2022. As the Principal of Dreier Consulting LLC, Lara specializes in project management and sustainability for small businesses and non-profits. With a strong history in the non-profit sector, Lara held various leadership roles at College Possible from 2007 to 2021, including Senior Director of Shared Services & Operations, where significant operational redesigns and federal grant management took place. Additionally, Lara has extensive experience in community engagement as an instructor at Krav Maga Minnesota. Educational credentials include an MBA with a Finance concentration from Augsburg University and a BA in Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
