Peter Allen

Peter Allen is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Corporate Partner and Head of the Manchester Office at Browne Jacobson LLP since January 2019. Previously, Peter held the position of Partner at Kuits Solicitors from August 2015 to November 2018 and owned Hawthorn Legal Consultancy Limited, providing tailored legal and commercial support from April 2013 to June 2015. Additionally, Peter served as a Partner at DWF LLP, where responsibilities included being the National Head of the Food Group from December 2008 to April 2013, and spent over a decade as a Partner at Barlow Lyde & Gilbert from 1997 to 2008. Peter obtained an LLB (2.1 Hons) in Law from the University of Nottingham between 1990 and 1993 and attended St Francis Xavier's from 1983 to 1990.
