Megan Jones

Megan Jones has a diverse work experience in finance and audit. Megan currently holds the position of Head of Finance (Sales and Marketing) at Browns the Diamond Store, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Nwanda Inc. as an Audit Supervisor from October 2022 to August 2023, an Audit Senior from June 2021 to October 2022, and an Intermediate Audit Clerk from April 2020 to June 2021. Megan also gained experience at EY where they worked as an Audit Senior from October 2019 to March 2020 after starting as an Audit Trainee in January 2019.

Megan Jones completed their education at the University of Johannesburg. In 2015 to 2017, they obtained a Bachelor of Accounting degree with a focus on Accounting, Tax, Auditing, and Financial Management. In 2018, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Science (CTA), specializing in the same fields of study.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Megan has achieved certifications from SAICA CA(SA). In March 2019, they completed the SAICA Initial Test of Competency (ITC) and in February 2022, they obtained the SAICA Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
