Bertilla Simoes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2012, they worked as an Accounts Assistant at Hotel Mandovi Pvt.Ltd, where they handled petty cash, performed day-to-day entries, and prepared reports. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Accounts Assistant at Gulf Goans hotels co. Ltd, where they reconciled bank statements, followed up on payments from clients, and prepared sales reports. In 2014, they transitioned to Browntape Ecommerce as an Ecommerce Executive, responsible for order processing and aggregation, client coordination, and training. Bertilla then moved up to become a Team Lead-Order Processing, managing a team, solving queries, and preparing reports. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Operational Marketing Manager at Artex Ventures Private Limited. In 2018, they joined Mobobeat as a Business Development Executive. Bertilla then took on the role of CRM Head-Customer Delight Team at The White Willow in 2020, focusing on customer relationship management. Currently, they work as a CSM at Browntape Technologies, starting in 2021.
